Sean L Floyd Sr. was born January 20th 1980 Always gifted with his hands love to build things even as a child. Later years after high school Sean went to trade school C.H.I. Institute to pursue a Electrician Certification to work in commercial field of work. Shortly after Sean was able to work with his family owned business with his father “Homes for Improvement Company” based out of Wilmimgton, Delaware
Learning Construction field became very natural to Sean because of previous experienced at young age. Years later Sean excepted employment at Morgan Properties where he would practice daily repairs as Maintenance Technician III for several years. After working hard and advancing in Residential Construction Sean became HVAC Certified at Esco Institute and becoming a EPA Universal Technician
So with both Electrician License & HVAC Certified EPA went on to work in Commercial Electrical Field of Work for Neduscin Management, Philadelphia, PA.
In any commercial job site being OSHA compliant is mandatory which led to OSHA-30 Certification which would allow Sean to train and teach small crew of 10 men for job site. After working hard and diligently pursue his career Sean would now be Full General Contractor with experience in all trades.
